I’m a certified personal trainer, studying Sports Psychology and Nutrition. My passion is helping individuals reach their full potential by educating them about their bodies and pushing their limits to boost self-confidence. Health is my top priority, as a strong body and mindset can conquer anything.
I’ve always been athletic, transitioning from school sports to the gym. My journey began by creating workout plans for friends, sparking my dream of helping athletes improve.
I prioritise health and sustainability by walking daily. My fitness routine includes mobility exercises, yoga, strength training, and preparing for the Warrior race. In my free time, I enjoy drawing, writing, and any form of movement; it brings me joy.
